This reminds me of pound cake but with the strawberries baked right in! It’s light with a nice refreshing tart flavor from the lemon juice and zest. I would serve this warm with a heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream, and maybe a little bit of whipped cream to top it off. This would be especially nice for a baby or bridal shower!
